IN THE NEWS
TexMod Homes has earned widespread recognition for its innovative approach to modern architecture and custom home design. The firm has been featured in prestigious local publications, including The Dallas Builders Association, where their Trophy Club project was recognized as a standout example of architectural excellence. This home, designed and built by the owners Marc and Emily Frame, showcases their unique ability to blend functionality with cutting-edge design, earning accolades for its modern aesthetic and thoughtful craftsmanship.
RECOGNITION
TexMod Homes Trophy Club house was selected to be on the 2020 AIA Fort Worth Home Tour for architecturally significant homes designed by local Architects who are members of AIA Fort Worth. The AIA Fort Worth Home Tour has been composed of some of the biggest names in Fort Worth area Architects in the past.
This is a special honor for any Architect, and Marc and Emily were excited to share their home with the community. Not only was it chosen for the Architectural Design, but it was also going to be featured as the first Architect-Led Design-Build project in the history of the tour where the home was both designed and built by the same.
Unfortunately, the 2020 edition of the AIA Fort Worth Home Tour was cancelled due to the lockdowns that occurred that summer, so the home was not able to be showcased to the public that year. Marc and Emily are still proud of having the honor of being selected, however, and they hope to have a future project highlighted on the AIA Fort Worth Home Tour in the near future.

“This project has been my labor of love as I analyzed and put together ideas, colors schemes, pictures, and of course functionality! Our countertops, range and cabinets are built up to be taller than average because, well, so are we. My beautiful quartz countertop has blue peaks, and gold flecks throughout. I finally have a double oven and TEN burners!!!! We have an additional pot filler over Michael’s Jura coffee maker to refill the carafe when needed. A dishwasher that looks like a cabinet that you knock on to open, and of course a magnificent fridge and freezer setup! Not to mention a wine fridge in the pantry. Oh! Did I mention my pantry?! We closed in our formal dining room, created an entry sitting area (pics to come upon completion), and then the majority of it was turned into the pantry dreams are made of. Complete with an appliance “garage” when you first walk in. There is really too much to mention in just one post that we are ecstatic about, but a HUGE Thank you to Emily Frame and Marc Frame for making sure all of our crazy, oversized dreams came true!!”

“Emily and Marc are just the best people to work with. From initial inception…. to the exciting phase of breaking ground to the final detail everything just got done….. no panic…. no knee jerks … it just got done. Issues that arose just got dealt with….. with a can do attitude…they helped us pick out decor as required and again could be trusted to do the rest. The contractors they use are fabulous and I hope to welcome them all back in my house again. Really pleased with our addition….. Its all in the detail and with these guys nothing is left unturned!”

“Their attention to detail is amazing. We have remodeled years before and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. With Marc and Emily every detail was attended to. The sub-contractors were professional, prompt workers and they too were particular about details. No one showed up late or unannounced. Either Marc or Emily was on property almost every day. Our late amendments didn’t faze them! Beautiful work, highest caliber service. P.S. Come see their work!”

“Thank you thank you for such an incredible experience Marc and Emily! Y’all have exceeded our expectations every step of the way from design, planning and execution of our garage remodel. It was an incredible experience and I can’t wait to see what you do with the rest of our home in the future.”

“Marc and Emily Frame completed an extensive remodel in my home. The scope of work included the kitchen, formal living space and 2 bathrooms. Their work was outstanding with the utmost emphasis on quality. Marc was consistently on the job site overseeing each of the trades. He had a master schedule of work and was able to manage the schedule so the project was completed on time. Marc and Emily consistently communicated what would be taking place each day and the decisions that needed to be made in order for the project to stay on target. The design work Marc completed prior to the start of the project was invaluable. I had drawings and measurements of everything so I could visualize the design and make changes before construction began. The punch list at the end of the project consisted of 4 small items….that is unheard of on a project this size. I really feel like this team made my vision a reality. They are good people that care about a quality product and care about the details. They went above and beyond and delivered beautiful work. Marc and Emily demonstrated an impressive level of expertise and professionalism throughout the entire renovation process. Our family loved having them in our home!”

We can’t say enough good about TexMod. From the very beginning of our project Marc & Emily were incredibly easy to interact with, communicate with, and dream up several different ways to make our house project work for us. All throughout the project, we never lost a night of sleep because we were confident that the Frames had every detail under control. Trustworthiness is what we all want in our contractor and you will get just that with TexMod. Even every single person they had working in our home was professional and kind as they worked around us and our kids. We ere so impressed day in & day out and will continue to recommend TexMod to everyone we possibly can. Outstanding company that did an amazing job on our home; and everyday as we look at the beautiful job they did renovating our entire upstairs, we are reminded that we made the right decision in hiring TexMod.

“I am still pinching myself. How can this be MY bathroom?! I’m not at a resort, I’m at my house!! We knew we needed to remodel our bathroom if we were going to do this “age in place” thing, but without any experience in this, and stories of rip offs and poor quality, it’s the last thing I wanted to do right behind a root canal. In come Marc and Emily. From listening to my ideas, studying my Pinterest board, shopping with me, we had a plan. Demo day plus 7 days, pandemic! What! Am I ever going to get this done? Marc and Emily had a “can do” attitude no matter what curve balls got thrown their way. They powered through safely with assurance that it would get done. Emily went way above and beyond to tend to other things in our house that were beyond the scope of the bathroom, without even being asked. The service and trust these two gave us was beyond anything I could have hoped for. Any questions or concerns we had were responded to quickly. There was never any wondering what the next step was going to be. The craftsmanship is top notch – everything from tile grout lines being perfect to fixtures being perfect was thought through. All the things under the pretty stuff were meticulously executed. I will never have to worry about leaks, cracks or anything happening to this stellar bathroom. Things I would have never known to even follow up on were done without me even knowing. End result, we walk into this gorgeous bathroom and feel like we are at a retreat each and every time. If you want to enjoy your home and not have to move, take the plunge and let Marc and Emily make your dreams come true. You will NOT regret it.”
